Shipping
First Class USPS shipping and insurance is included with each print (art, digital and photos) you buy. If you want faster shipment I can ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail for an added fee above the included First Class charge, per the USPS rate charts.
With cards, the minimum order is 6 mixed individual cards, but shipping is free. If you want all of one kind, the sets are more economical (and have free shipping).
I take care to package your prints for damage-free shipping. If you have a damage-in-transit issue, please contact you carrier first, then contact me.
Each print is unique
Original prints in editions (linocuts, woodcut and silkscreens) are sold "as is," with the understanding that each print is slightly different and may appear different than what is shown in the Store image.
Returns/Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your print, you may request an exchange or full refund. Be aware that a replacement print may have a different idiosyncrasy than the first one. You are responsible for paying for the shipping back to me and using the same level of protection of the print when doing so. Reusing the original package is advised. The print must be in the same condition as received. Please pack carefully.

I advise waiting to view the print in it's intended location before choosing a mat and frame. Original prints may come "spotted" (touched up by hand) with white ink to cover stray marks made during the printing process.
Handmade and machine-made
All original prints in an edition are made by me in my studio. Cards and digital prints are made in a local Madison print shop. Photographic prints are made in a local photo lab. These days, photo prints and digital prints are synonymous, being made on digital printing machines, but
